I am a Licensed Psychological Associate that specializes in trauma using EMDR and attachment theory. My approach is based on the idea that people possess empowerment and resiliency within and simply need a little guidance to strip away the lingering impacts of past experiences that prevent them from accessing these powerful resources. I like to help my clients go a little deeper to understand themselves and unpack how their earliest experiences have shaped them.
